The 2012 In-Depth Training and certification program was wonderfully successful and completely filled to capacity.

So in 2013 another opportunity to dive deep into the unifying practice of qigong and meditation with renowned master teacher and Zen priest Teja Fudo Myoo Bell. This 8-month intensive training program will consist of 1 non-residential weekend session per month, an ongoing series of practice/study assignments and teleconferences. Practitioners will gain skillful means to evolve  personal practice of qigong and meditation, and also learn the skills and gain the confidence for guiding and teaching qigong as a certified Radiant Heart Qigong Level 1 Teacher.

The course will include in-depth training in qigong principles and forms. Traditional and contemporary methods will be used to acquire and refine qigong skills. This includes energy sensitivity/cultivation – feeling, moving, storing and emitting qi as healing energy - for oneself and for others. Meditation instruction and practice is integrated throughout the course which is essential to the weave of embodied presence, skillful means and unequivocal direct knowing. The ancient wisdom teachings of the Buddhist and Taoist traditions meet modern somatic and scientific understanding – these are the foundations for training, practice and teaching.
