Please join us for our annual "State of the Economy".  We are proud to present two outstanding speakers on this topic: 

Our Speaker:
Randy Ataide, J.D., Executive Director of the Fermanian Business & Economic Institute and Professor of Entrepreneurship at Point Loma University. 

Professor Ataide is the Executive Editor of all publications of the Institute and speaks frequently on a variety of business and economic topics including biomimicry, innovation, national defense, agriculture, competitive strategy, and entrepreneurship. In 2011-12, he provided a chapter for Palgrave Macmillan’s (U.K.) newly released Social Innovation: Blurring Boundaries to Reconfigure Market book and spoke at many conferences. 

Ataide is a strategic advisor and serves on the advisory boards of numerous businesses and nonprofits. The San Diego Daily Transcript named Professor Ataide one of “San Diego’s Top 50 Influential’s” for 2010. In 2011 Ataide was the co-creator of the Da Vinci Index, the first economic measurement of global biomimicry and bio-inspired activity in academia, science and business.

     Prospective Members (Facility Managers Only) - complimentary
     Non Members (Vendors & Suppliers) - $50 per person

Cancellations: Due to rising catering costs, cancellations MUST be received a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the event to receive a full refund.  Those making a reservation, but not attending the event/meeting (“No shows”) will be charged a $30 No-Show fee.  Please note:

• If a IFMA San Diego member registers a guest and that guest does not attend, the member will be charged the $30 No-show fee for their guest.
• Because of hotel and planning requirements, no registrations will be taken after the deadline. Walkins may be accessed a $30 late registration fee.
• Members who can not attend are not allowed to transfer their complimentary lunch to a non-member, even someone from their own organization.
