TOYOTA'S "PREDICTIVE ESTIMATING": A Game Changer for 2013!

Featuring Guest Speaker Rick Leos, Toyota - Collision Business Development Consultant.

**LUNCH INCLUDED!**

Toyota announced in Nov '12 a concept for predictive estimating. Basically, instead of starting an estimate off with a blank paper and adding items, it automatically fills in the operations and parts related based on the type and location of damage. You can simply remove what you do not need. All the operations will have information attached for repair procedures, where applicable. For following OEM procedures, this is a "game changer"!

Estimators are are more likely to include all of the appropriate repair methodology, procedures and parts, or won’t miss key repair items. While still just a concept, Toyota is working with estimating information providers to integrate the system. Currently, they have not indicated that there will be any charge for the inclusion into existing platforms.

Being billed as reverse engineering, it has shown that this concept may reduce estimating times while boosting use of existing operations. This could be a big help to many shops scouring the bottom line.

Come hear Rick Leos, a former collision repair, discuss the methodology and concepts of this exciting new system!
