The Zen of Healing and Floating Leaves Invite You to Have a Tea Experience!
As many of you know, I am big on tea. And there are few things that I enjoy more than sharing tea with others. Please join me and Shiuwen from Floating Leaves Tea on a journey into this tradition.
We will be talking about and tasting five families of tea - Green, White, Oolong, Black, Puerh.
We'll cover the basics on major differences, health benefits, and energetics of each tea, along with everything you need to know to make loose leaf tea a special part of your day at home - how much leaf to use, how long to steep for, various methods of serving the tea, from "on the go" to ceremonial, and more!
