RACE DAY: February 10, 2013
Qualification: Feb 8, 9
Check-in at the NATC 8:00 AM - 12:00 pm on either Friday Feb 8 or Saturday Feb 9. All racers must complete at least one qualifying run on the day of check-in.
Registration Fees:
FULL MEAL DEAL: $105.00 per person includes qualificaiton runs(s), OTHDH Race, awards banquet and souvenir
RACE (and qualifying) ONLY: $80.00 pp
Add-ons:
Masters Championship (Race 2) : $ 45.00 pp
Extra Banquet Tickets: $35.00 pp
Costume/Recreaton Race Only $40.00 pp
BC Alpine/Alpine Canada Membership
For insurance purposes, all racers participating in RACE 2 must be registered with BC Alpine or Alpine Canada. Memberships are available at check-in for those racers who do not already hold a current membership.
Weekend Masters BC Alpine Fee
(Race 2): $65.00 per person
PLEASE NOTE: Full payment of race fees will be required at the time of check-in on your qualifying day (VISA, Mastercard, Cash, Debit accepted). Payment of fees is not required to complete the following e-registration process.
Registration Options:
Race 1: The Over The Hill Downhill Team Event:
Everyone 10 years of age and up can run this event! Each team should have 4 members and at least 1 female. If you are registering in the general age categories, your total "team age" will determine what group you are in. There are a total of 4 general age categories: 225+, 190 -224,155-189,0 - 154.
You also have the option to enter a team in the following specialty categories:
Disabled, Snowboard, Individual. OR
If speed doesn't matter ....run the course in the Recreational category where ANYTHING GOES...special recognition goes to best costumes and fastest time won't matter! (well, almost anything goes ....NO speed suits or race skis over 200 cm are permitted in the rec category) . Special recreational rate of 40$ pp incudes qualifying run and OTHDH (banquet and souvenir is not included)
Having trouble forming a 4 member team? You can still run the race as an individual OR we can add your name to a list of people who are looking to join a team. You have until Saturday afternoon (Feb 9th) to confirm your team members with the race adminsitration.
Race 2: Masters Canadian Downhill Championship
This is a great chance to run a second race for a low extra fee. PLUS interested masters racers can collect national points!
Minimum age: 18 years as of Dec 31, 2012. Proper race gear is mandatory.
For Race 2 racers must hold, at minimum, a "Weekend Masters" BC Alpine membership. Those racers intending to collect national points must pre-register with the Alpine Canada national points list well prior to this event.
