About our Speaker: Diane Nakano is the Assistant General Manager of Engineering and Construction for RT. She has worked for RT for over 15 years and also worked for the City of Citrus Heights for six years. In her current position, she is responsible for the oversight of the design and construction management of light rail extensions and related facilities. She manages a staff of 20 that include engineers, architects, project management staff, inspectors, resident engineers, and project controls staff.
