QuickBooks Basics

A New Users Overview

With Optional Accounting Webinar

This 3-hour workshop uses a classroom setting and experienced presenters to cover the basics of using Quickbooks and many of its' key features.  The instructor uses both the QB program, PowerPoint slides and handouts to  demonstrate:

• Setup and the Company file
• Chart of Accounts and various lists tied into a Business Plan
• Handling of customers and sales
• Vendors and purchases
• Banking, deposits and credit card payments
• Financial statements and a few of the reports
• Journal entries and questions allow.
• General discussion about Financial Ratios and reading statements
• QuickBooks New PC Version 2013 

       This is not a hands on training session.  The event is designed as a New Users Overview. 

NEW: An opportunity for the registrant to pose questions for the event will be sent before the event.  The presenters will stay up to 1 hour after the event to answer specific questions. 

You are welcome to bring your laptop to follow along, if you already own Quickbooks.  (Note: To follow along exactly you must have QuickBooks Premier PC 2013)

You will have two options when you register:

1. Select the $60.00 option if you want both the event and the Recorded Webinar on Accounting for Non-Accountants.  The 60 minute recorded webinar will give attendees a basic grasp of accounting.  The webinar is online for repetitive viewing and includes why accounting is important, terminology, basic financial statements, underlying accounting concepts and tools for accounting

If you registered for the combination package, we will email separately the URL website address, Username and Password to view the webinar.   You should get this second email a minimum of five (5) days before the event.

2. Choose the $45.00 option for just the event.  

For your convenience, prepay using PayPal or a Credit Card.

Jerry Rudick.  After selling his Construction Company, specializing in Insurance Restoration work, in 2008 he moved to Minneapolis to be closer to his 2 daughters and their families. At that time he started JRudick Consultants, LLC. and since then has obtained 21 Intuit QuickBook certifications including QuickBooks ProAdvisor Advanced,  Enterprise Solutions, QuickBooks Point of Sale and QuickBooks Online.
