Simple Rules And Tools
April 21-26, 2013 Minneapolis, MN
Great teams know how to create time.
And we can help you learn
Join us for the most intense, satisfying, useful and transformative team product development simulation you've ever experienced.
Experiment with everything we know from almost two decades of observing great teams at work and testing their approaches. Don't just take our word for it that these tools change teams - try it yourself. Learn to use the Core Protocols, the behaviours of great teams, in a simulated, self-organized, business environment and then take it all back to your own team.
Learn more in five days than you would in weeks or months of other workshops and training. Then go use what you learned!
Between Sunday night, April 21 and Friday afternoon, April 26, you will have the chance to try everything great teams know about how to deliver on time every time, and have fun doing it.
Come alone or with your team. These days, with teams changing members regularly, it's just as important to learn how to create a team when you or someone else is new as it is to recharge a longstanding team. You can do both here. Everything you learn is useful everywhere you take it.
Most people agree it was the best 5 days they've ever spent.
Everything you do, every choice you make, every product you ship, every timeline you commit to, is entirely up to you. As you work on your product in the context of your team, we will help you learn what the Core Protocols are, how they work, and how and when to use them, so you can ship your greatest achievement. You will have managers asking for reports and expecting great results, on time every time. You'll have consultants helping you to use the Core. And, most importantly, you'll learn how to build trust, high bandwidth communication and shared vision fast on your team, or any team.
Includes: course manual, materials, on-demand coaching, breakfast, snack and lunch. Families of participants attend free. Instructors have been working with this training for over 10 years.
The Retreat has comfortable accommodation that includes dinner for $50/night if you wish to stay on site.
Everyone who has come to BootCamp tells us this is unlike anything they've ever experienced before.
