Recovery Coaching in WV

Have you ever wondered, "What is a Recovery Coach? What do they do? How do they fit into the continuum of care for Substance Abuse and Mental Health recovery?" If so, this is the training for you! WVAADC and PAAC invite you to join us along with Cindy Black and Dave Saunders from BHHF for this FREE training offering 3 FREE CE's for Social Work, Addictions, LPC's (pending approval for Psychologists). 

At the close of this session participants will better understand the benefits of recovery coaching, the role of a Recovery Coach & their scope of work, the differences between a Recovery Coach and a Clinician or Sponsor, and the benefit of utilizing peer support.

• Please bring canned or non-perishable food items for donation to food pantries in the Parkersburg area.
