Entry Fee $96 per team

Entry Deadline Wednesday, April 17, 2013 until 4pm

What you need to know… (1) 12 teams will be accepted (minimum of 5). (2) You MUST pay in advance. (3) Once registration is received you will be emailed a confirmation of receipt. (4) NO numbered jerseys required. (5) You may enter your team into the GOLD (AA-A level of play) division or the SILVER (BB-B level of play) division.
