The University of Minnesota Duluth, in cooperation with the USDA Forest Products Laboratory (FPL) has recently published Wood Utilization Options for Urban Trees Infested by Invasive Species," a reference for land managers, arborists, utilization specialists, and other natural resources professionals. It provides comprehensive information on wood technology, markets, and technical information for hardwoods affected by invasive species.  
 
An overview of this manual will be presented via a free webinar on January 31, 2013. The topics to be presented include:
