Candy Yu founded Avolon Accounting & Business Services (AABS LLC) in 2005, with their two office locations (San Francisco and Atlanta) they now serve individuals and businesses nationwide.   Candy and her teams have lead countless business and their owners not only eliminated their cash flow issues but also able to expand their businesses even during this economic downfall with Avolon’s unique customized accounting and CFO services approach.  In 2012, Avolon Accounting & Business Services was voted the second place for  "Douglas Patch Reader's Choice".  During the past four years, Candy Yu has shared her expertise by working closely with non-profit organizations locally and nationwide.  She has served as president, treasurer, CFO, committee chair as well as board members to a handful of non-profit organizations, such as American Business Woman Association, Local school council, Core, etc.  By incorporating her Corp accounting background and her working experience with non-profit organizations, she has created a unique accounting model that tailor only to Non-Profit Organizations.   

Event Speaker - Rita Fasina-Thomas

RitaRita Fasina-Thomas started her career in operations and training as a partner with Pennycook Supermarkets, Inc.  From there she worked for the government at Griffis AFB, Rome, NY, and Torrejon AB, Madrid, Spain. It was not long before she realized she had a passion for improving operations and for training. In 1986 Rita started a 25 year career with Burger King Corporation.  During her tenure, she distinguished herself with her ability to lead and train teams to achieve exceptional results.  She improved the operations of many units and developed future leaders.  After her career with Burger King Corporation, Rita decided to rekindle her passion for entrepreneurship and founded Distinctive Ops Services in August, 2011.  More information about Rita Fasina-Thomas can be found on LinkedIn.
