Retreat Policies - Cancellations:

• Registrations received and confirmed 30 days or less prior to the start date of the retreat, no refunds for cancellation will be granted. The full amount of retreat fee plus HST will be forfeited to On Stream Enterprises Ltd/ DBA Sacred Platform Events and Retreats. 
• Registrations received and confirmed between 31 and 90 days or less prior to the start date of the retreat, refunds will be issued for cancellations made in writing and received by On Stream Enterprises Ltd/ DBA Sacred Events and Retreats 45 days before the retreat start date. Cancellations made after this deadline will be subject to 50% of the balance of retreat fee being forfeited to On Stream Enterprises Ltd/ DBA Sacred Platform Events and Retreats. 
• Registrations received and confirmed 90 days or more prior to the start date of the retreat, refunds will be issued for cancellations made in writing and received by On Stream Enterprises Ltd/ DBA Sacred Events and Retreats 60 days before the retreat start date. Cancellations made after this deadline will be subject to 25% of the balance of the retreat fee being forfeited to On Stream Enterprises Ltd/ DBA Sacred Platform Events and Retreats.
