Opus Connect's New York Chapter March Event:

Unfunded Sponsors

While Unfunded Sponsors have been around for some time, the growth in this segment of the private equity community over the last several years has been dramatic. With enormous amounts of capital seeking to be deployed on a finite number of transactions and within a finite and ticking timetable, the unfunded sponsor has grown ever more important as a source of deal flow.  Additionally, the unfunded sponsor increasingly brings operational talent and industry expertise to the table, more and more emerging as a "value added" provider in the deal process.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
