Panelists:

Scott Kashman, serves as Chief Administrative Officer of Cape Coral Hospital- part of Lee Memorial Health System with system responsibility for Radiology and the system’s two medically based wellness & fitness centers.  Prior to Cape Coral, he served as the Chief Executive Officer with Ascension Health’s St. Joseph Medical Center, a 310 bed medical center in Kansas City and Chief Operating Officer with Mercy Hospital Anderson in Cincinnati, part of Mercy Health Partners.  He also held executive roles with Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, University Hospitals of Cleveland and Charity Hospital in New Orleans.  Scott worked as a psychiatric counselor for five years before going into healthcare management.  He published several leadership articles and completed a year long Ethics Fellowship with Northwestern University Medical School.  Scott received his Masters of Healthcare Administration from Tulane University and his undergraduate degree from University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.  He is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).


Matt Dinkel, President of Olde Florida Benefit Group and President of the Southwest Florida Association of Health Underwriters. President of Olde Florida Benefit Group and President of the Southwest Florida Association of Health Underwriters.Matthew Dinkel has spent most of his life living and working in Southwest Florida. His only time away from the area was to attend the University of Florida, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 1995. Immediately following graduation, Matthew moved home and began working with his father, Kim, in the insurance industry. Though Matthew began his carrier working for one of the largest insurance brokers in the nation, he soon realized in order to build relationships with his clients, through commitment and care, he would have to be able to put his clients first. In 2001, he established Olde Florida Benefits Group, Inc., a company whose primary focus is the needs of its clients.. Matthew is the current President of the Southwest Florida Association of Health Underwriters
