Back to School Baking Basics 

It's time to get your baking brains back into shape for the upcoming holiday baking season. In this class, get a refresher (or learn for the first time) basic baking techniques such as creaming, folding, whipping, and measuring accurately for baking success. Recipes to be covered include classics such as the chewy chocolate chip cookie, best ever apple pie, chocolate mousse, and brownies to wow a crowd.
