Chapter 3: BAKE THE BOOK SERIES: Bake through the Momofuku Milk Bar cookbook with Christina Tosi and her team at Milk Bar, one chapter at a time
Learnhow we make sandy bits of flavor and incorporate them into baked goods. Take home one dozen blueberry & cream cookies, birthday crumbs and chocolate crumbs to create into your own inventive dessert at home!
Classes are 7-9pm. All ages and all levels of expertise welcome.
We will provide each class with all of the necessary kitchen tools and ingredients. Bring your cookbook if you have it, or purchase one when you arrive!
(P.S. You get to take home everything you make!)
