Home Ownership for the First Time Homebuyer 

Join Sandy Roemer, Mortgage Loan Officer and Three Rivers Housing Development Corp. Board Member as she outlines the key areas of home ownership every first time homebuyer should be aware of before making this major investment.

This one day program will focus on the five key areas of home ownership including preparing for home ownership, shopping for a home, obtaining a mortgage, closing, and life as a home owner.  The class is required for all who plan to apply for a down payment assistance program or some NIFA programs.  A certificate of completion will be issued.

Reservations are due by March 6th.  The class costs $25 per household. Checks should be made payable to Three Rivers Housing Development Corp.  Lunch will be provided.
