
This class begins with a visit to the chicken coop to meet the chickens and collect eggs. Then the hands-on class makes an omelette, maple glazed chicken and creme brulee!
Work directly with Chef-Owner Douglas Mack in a small, intimate group and learn the secrets of the culinary trade from a Slow Food, farm-to-table perspective. Classes include take-home recipe booklet.
Kids classes are geared for 8-12 year olds and run from 10:00-12:00 may include a tour of our gardens and greenhouses.
Class size is limited to 12 and early reservations are encouraged as many classes fill quickly.
