Jachin Jordan Golf Outing 2013 

Welcome to the 5th Annual Jachin Jordan Golf Outing to benefit                The Sturge-Weber Foundation.

The Sturge-Weber Foundation is an international resource for individuals and families affected and living with Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS) and Port Wine birthmark related conditions. The foundation's commitment is to improve the quality of life and care for those affected by supporting individuals and families through guidance, advocacy, referrals and education while building partnerships to research the cause and management of Sturge-Weber syndrome.

Jachin, who lives in Madison, WI, is the son of Jon and Ellen Jordan. He was born in June 2007 with Sturge-Weber syndrome as well as Klippel-Trenaunay. He came into this world with a Port Wine birthmark covering 70% of his body, including his entire face. At two days he was diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes and at 10 weeks he experienced his first of many seizures due to the birthmark being in the right hemisphere of his brain. He is such a strong little boy and is a great blessing to all who know him, but faces an uphill battle. Please help us raise support for the Sturge-Weber Foundation so important clinical trials can get funding to try to cure this debilitating disorder.
