Bring a yoga mat.

A fun inside-out journey, using several meditation styles: gentle movement accompanied by drum rhythms and natural body music, and art play.  A body awareness experience designed to bring you closer to getting to know who you really are.

Kinsha is a dance of the spirit – fully embodying the joy of being present with life as it flows through her with ease and grace.  "Dance keeps me open-minded and free at heart.  It's an expression of my soul and deepest emotions."
