With the economy steadily improving, the talent pool of qualified workers is shrinking which has caused a spike in the demand for H-1B visa sponsorship of highly-educated and highly skilled foreign workers. Yet, Congress has not increased the H-1B visa quota to meet this demand. This year the quota will be reached very early – likely in the first week of the filing season. Last year the quota was filled in just over two months.
This timely event will provide an overview of other visa options U.S. businesses may have available to hire and employ the best available talent and strategies to bridge those gaps when visas are not available. We will address the advantages and pitfalls of each visa category, and will also host a question and answer session.
This event is complimentary, but space is limited. Register today!
