Manager Certification
Class and Examination in Spanish
Book & Examination
Each participant will receive the Spanish ServSafe® Manager 6th Edition book. Your book and confirmation will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail at the address indicated in the registration form after receipt of registration and your complete payment is received.
The examination answer sheet must remain attached to the inside of the ServSafe® Manager 6th Edition book – if your examination answer sheet is missing, you will be required to purchase another one at the testing center on the day of the course.
Participants must arrive for the course with the Spanish ServSafe® Manager 6th Edition Book and a valid photo ID in order to attend the course. Class begins promptly at 8:15 AM.

Policies and Terms
- All orders are final; no refunds.
- Registration and payment must be completed no less than two weeks before the course date.
- Courses with less than 10 students are subject to cancellation and rescheduling.
- Concept Associates Inc. does not guarantee a passing grade on any examination. If the participant does not pass the exam, s/he may attend the next class and must pay the current price for the answer sheet. The participant does not have to attend the complete class but must be on site for review and the proctored examination.
- Exam only registrants will receive an answer sheet on arrival at the exam site.
