2013 Spring Kick Start Camp!

The Elkhorn Soccer Club is proud to announce our 3rd annual Spring Kick Start Soccer Camp! Directing the camp will be Mario Zuniga, Director of Girl’s select soccer. He will be joined by U10 Girls Coach Cassie Zuniga, U9 Girls Coach Andrea Zuniga, U9 Boys Coach Adam Hooi, plus other club trainers!

Age Groups:

U8 Boys/Girls (Born between 8/1/04 and 7/31/05)
U9 Boys/Girls (Born between 8/1/03 and 7/31/04)
U10 Boys/Girls (Born between 8/1/02 and 7/31/03)

Dates/Times:

Friday, March 15 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 16 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 16 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 17 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

**Bring a sack lunch to eat during the 30 minute break on Saturday.

Just west of 230th & Maple Street

Bring your soccer ball!

Shin guards are required.  Don't forget to send water!

Liability Waiver
I / We the parents and or guardians of the above named camper give permission for the above named camper to take part in all activities during the above camp. We understand that, as with any sport, injuries can occur and that we the parents and or guardian do not hold Mario Zuniga, Elkhorn Soccer Club, successors, agents, representatives, volunteers, and or any clinicians liable for any accident or injuries occurred during the above said camp. The camp organizer and clinicians will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any camper’s equipment during camp.

Medical Waiver
I / We the Parents or guardians understand that our child, children will be taking part in all physical activity during the dates and times of the said camp. We the parents and or guardians acknowledge that the registered camper is in good health and is mentally capable of taking part in all activities. We the parents and or guardians are confident that the named camper is able to engage in all activities.

Photo Waiver
I, the parent/guardian of the player being registered, am specifically granting my permission (both during the season and anytime after) for the Elkhorn Soccer Club to use said player’s likeness, name, voice and words in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines and other media, and in any form, for the purpose of advertising or communicating the purposes and activities of Elkhorn Soccer Club and/or fund to support this program.
