Love yourself - Get some useful tips from a professional Massage Therapist from My Happy Feet (myhappyfeet.com.sg) on ways to relax. She will also be showing you some actual practices that you can try out at home.

10:30am – 11:15am LOVE yourself
11:15am – 12:00pm LIGHT up your life
12:00pm – 1:30pm LAUGH away your blues
Mothers can bring along their children (no more than 1 child per mother) for this event. Children attend free.
All attendees need to bring an item that they makes them either Laugh, Love or be a Light. (Will be used during the event to network)
Mums@Work Members (Each mum can bring up to 1 kid) = $38.40
Non-members (Each mum can bring 1 kid) = $41.80
