Friday March 15, 2013 Couples Cooking Class  "Luck of the Irish"

This class is in preparation for St. Patrick's Day.  We'll prepare a traditional Irish dinner this evening. 

Friday night couple's classes are fun and more casual than our full length classes, so culinary experience is definitely not required.  The class finishes with dinner in the dining room - at a table for two!  These classes are definitely not your usual date nights.

Our small, hands-on cooking classes are fun and educational, appropriate for all levels of culinary experience.  Learn secrets of the trade from Chef-Owner Doug Mack.  Each three and half hour class includes beverages and take-home recipes and finishes with a class-prepared lunch with wine. 

On-site gardens and greenhouses grow vegetables for us year-round and most classes include a visit to gather products. The beautiful, fresh eggs used in class are supplied by our chickens.  Our farm to table cuisine reflects the seasons of our farm.
