Each of these hotels has special discounted rates specifically for The Preventing Overdiagnosis Conference attendees.  When booking you must specify that you are with The Preventing Overdiagnosis Conference in order to have the discounted rate applied.

To book a reservation at The Hanover Inn conference site, please email your request to individual.reservations@hanoverinn.com or call (603) 643-4300. Please specify that you are with the Preventing Overdiagnosis Conference. Due to rate negotiation terms, neither availability nor the discounted rate are available when booking The Hanover Inn via the internet.

To book a reservation at any of the other hotels, please call the hotel and specify that you are with The Preventing Overdiagnosis Conference in order to have the discounted rate applied.  Due to rate negotiation terms, availability and/or the discounted rate may not be available when booking these hotels via the internet.  All hotels are within a reasonable driving or walking distance to the conference site at The Hanover Inn.  The two hotels that are within walking distance are the Hanover Inn as the conference site and Six South Street.
