Bob Ritz
owned and operated a marketing and sales company for 35 years. Through his efforts he contributed to the success and growth of many apparel firms, including Tommy Bahama, COACH, and Cole-Haan. He worked with and mentored some of the finest quality retail and wholesale companies in the country.

Susie Sides
was born in northern California but raised in San Diego.  She’s a graduate of SDSU (San Diego State University) with a BS in Business Management.  Susie also holds a MS in Organizational Management.  She has 25 years of experience in the utility industry, focusing on strategic planning, sales, marketing, branding, customer relations, energy conservation and green technologies.  While working full-time for the local utility company and earning her Master’s degree at night, she started her own company as a business consultant – assisting business owners with creating and developing their business plans.

John Wham
co-founded a software development company and was in charge of product design and development. The company’s software products included a distributed project management system, regulation-compliant security system, and a sales force automation system which became the flagship product of the company during the last ten years of operation. He also served as President of the company for four years leading up to the time it was sold.
