Now that Congress has passed the American Taxpayer Relief Act (ATRA 2012), you should review your clients’ estate planning and income tax planning to take into account the new tax provisions.

This Quarter's Education Program will review specific tax changes of ATRA 2012, how they may affect your clients, and planning opportunities because of the tax changes.
