Jeseph FerrySpecial Speaker, Joseph Ferry will be speaking on "Law and DIsorder".

Joe Ferry is a Philadelphia lawyer with a national practice advising home inspectors on liability issues.  He is a practicing trial attorney in Philadelphia and has been touring the nation and Canada with the Law and Disorder Seminar, a four-hour seminar in which home inspectors learn the tools and techniques for lowering their liability exposure and profile and for dealing effectively with any claim issues that arise from their practice.

This acclaimed seminar has been approved by TREC for 4 hours of Continuing Education.  Both TPREIA and InterNACHI approve the CE's for the membership continuing education requirements.

He created ClaimIntercept, his proprietary method of early intervention to respond to potential E & O claims against home inspectors initiated by demand letters from both former clients of home inspectors and their attorneys, which has been adopted by the two largest insurance carriers serving the home inspector Errors and Omissions Insurance market.

If you have not heard Joe speak previously, you will not want to miss this class. The legal aspects of performing Inspections begin when you answer the telephone.  Joe will simplify the process, from the information that you give to the potential Client at first contact to the Inspection Agreement, the inspection and the report. When you leave this class, you will definitely be more prepared for Client's questions, complaints or a Lawyer's demand letter.
