Special Speaker, Joseph Ferry will be speaking on "Law and DIsorder".

Joe Ferry is a Philadelphia lawyer with a national practice advising home inspectors on liability issues.  He is a practicing trial attorney in Philadelphia and has been touring the nation and Canada with the Law and Disorder Seminar, a four-hour seminar in which home inspectors learn the tools and techniques for lowering their liability exposure and profile and for dealing effectively with any claim issues that arise from their practice.

This acclaimed seminar has been approved by TREC for 4 hours of Continuing Education.  Both TPREIA and InterNACHI approve the CE's for the membership continuing education requirements.

Learn from experienced ICC Code Certified, TPREIA Master Inspectors, InterNACHI Certified Inspectors and TREC Professional Inspectors - This class will be a four hour class on report verbiage.  We will discuss the why, where and what to write on your report.  

Bring a flash drive with your photos or comments that you use and would like to share and have reviewed. Since time is limited, we may not get to all of these, so please limit your selection to two photos or comments.
