Motor Vehicle Theft Investigation 

The Saint Paul Police Professional Development Institute (PDI) is co-sponsoring with the Anti-Vehicle Crime Association of Minnesota (AVCAM) a 2-day MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT INVESTIGATION SEMINAR. 

This course is intended for active law enforcement officers and prosecutors.  Those attending this seminar will receive instruction in:

• Federal/State Laws and Case Decisions
• “Hands On” Experience in Examining/Identifying Various Vehicles

Instruction materials will be provided to attendees, including a copy of the Minnesota Vehicle Theft Investigation Manual CD.  Pre-registration is requested so that an exact number of manuals can be ordered for this class.
