 Michael Arkfeld                                                                                Michael  is currently the Director of the ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Program at the Arizona State University College of Law.  As a former Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Arizona Michael handled multimillion-dollar cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful termination and a host of other tort claims.  He has appeared before both federal and state appellate courts and has extensive experience in jury (over 30 trials) and bench trials. Michael is the author of the following acclaimed publications distributed by LexisNexis - Arkfeld on Electronic Discovery and Evidence ( 3rd ed.), Arkfeld's  Best Practices Guides, IT Primer for Legal Professionals, Electronic Discovery and Evidence,  ESI Pretrial Discovery – Strategies & Tactics, Legal Hold. Michael can be reached at michael@arkfeld.com.

Cancellation Policy : All purchases are final, with the exception of conference attendance. If you are unable to attend our conference you may transfer your attendance to a colleague at no additional cost or you may elect to receive a refund minus a $195 administration fee, if you inform us in writing of your cancellation at a minimum of 30 days removed from the conference. If you cancel your conference attendance within 30 days of the event you will NOT be entitled to a refund.
