Systematize Your Business for Growth  5-29-13

Did you know that more than 50% of small businesses fail in the first 5 years? One of the key reasons this is true is that the business itself doesn't work - the business owner or a few key employees do it all ...to the point of burnout.

In this interactive workshop, you'll learn the steps to systemize your business for significant growth, so you can build a business that works without you. Learn how creating systems will enable you to perform the functions that grow your business while delegating those better done by others in a way that assures their success.

You'll walk away knowing:

  • Which systems you need to grow your business, why, and how to create them
  • How to gain leverage through hiring the right people and training them properly
  • How to use technology rather than letting it use you
  • Tips for building effective and useful operations manuals
  • Tools for building and retaining a great team

Registration Fee:
$49 Early / $59 after 5/27/13
