Le Pain Quotidien and Murray's Cheese share the same enthusiasm for bringing world-class products to our customers here in New York City and beyond and on February 20th we want to share this passion with you.

Come spend an evening with one of Le Pain Quotidien's master bakers and Murray's Cheese's cheesemongers.  The beginning of the evening will be spent in the bakery baking a variety of cheese filled breads for you to take home: whole wheat Gruyere loaves, creamy Robiola focaccia, and Stravecchio-covered pretzels.  Is your mouth watering yet?

After working up an appetite, we'll taste our signature breads each matched with the perfect cheese pairing from Murray's. Think earthy, sweet sourdough rye with meaty, savory Quadrello di Bufala, classic baguette perfection with a point Brie Fermier Jouvence, and nutty sourdough walnut bread with the rich, sweet sheep's milk of Ossau Iraty Vieille.  The class will be held at our Bleecker Street Bakery and size is limited.

Cost: $150.00

Classes are small, less than 10 students, and are held in our delightful Bleecker Street Bakery.
