Ravi Malhotra
– Founder, iCAST

Mr. Malhotra has over twenty four years of experience as a social entrepreneur and engineer. He has established numerous social enterprises in the US, India, Africa and Asia with an emphasis on appropriate and sustainable technologies. He has led award-winning R&D efforts and has successfully launched new products for a variety of industries including housing and energy. Mr. Malhotra holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi, India and a Masters’ in Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Brian Firestone – Development Executive, iCAST
Brian Firestone has over 20 years experience in business management and business development roles for Fortune 500 companies. A native of Colorado growing up in Ft Collins, he has a passion for economic, environmental, and social responsibility. Brian is continuously excited to have finally found his passion in life with a role at iCAST that aligns so closely with his personal beliefs. Brian attended Colorado State University-Ft. Collins and The University of Denver and holds a Bachelors degree in Science and Technology.

Eileen Hearty – Project Manager, HUD
Eileen Hearty is a Project Manager with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Denver Multifamily Hub.  Along with servicing a diverse portfolio of over 90 properties, Eileen serves as the Hub’s liaison on energy efficient issues.  She collaborates with other government entities and nonprofit organizations to assist HUD’s subsidized properties in accessing resources to improve the efficiency of their buildings and operations.  Additionally, Eileen was a finalist in the President’s 2011 SAVE Award Program.  Eileen’s idea to reduce the frequency of Management and Occupancy Reviews for high performing properties is being considered for national implementation.

Joe Rowan – Executive Director, Funding Partners
With over 20 years’ professional experience in finance and banking, Joe has focused the past twelve years in the field of community and economic development.  Joe currently serves as Executive Director for Funding Partners, a Colorado-based non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).  Certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury CDFI Fund, Funding Partners consolidates resources from public, private and philanthropic investors to expand access to capital and credit within markets underserved by traditional financial institutions.
