Before launching a website, printing a brochure, designing an ad, or rushing to post on blogs, Facebook and Twitter, you need to establish a clear strategic marketing direction for your farm business. What types of customers are you trying to attract? Why? What makes your farm special? Why should people buy from you? How can you best serve and stay connected with your best customers? What’s your budget?
This workshop starts your marketing journey where it should: with a plan. We’ll cover the essential elements of a practical, user-friendly marketing plan and help you create a successful route for farm business sales growth. It’s a hands-on two hour session that involves you right away with tools and techniques you can take home with you to help achieve your marketing goals.
Cost: free. Registration is required for attendance at this workshop.
This project is made possible through grant funds awarded to the Cheshire County Conservation District and the Hannah Grimes Center from the USDA's Farmers Market Promotion Program administered by the County of Cheshire.
