The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts (PACD) is hosting a free seminar to assist individuals in their understanding of the PENNVEST Nonpoint Source (NPS) Program Application Process. PENNVEST and DEP personnel will be on hand to explain the application process as well as to review the type of supporting information and documents required.
The workshop will take place Tuesday, May 7 at the Lysock View Building located at 542 County Farm Road, Montoursville, PA 17754.
