Employer Learning Series: The Generational Impact to Business

The multigenerational workforce is here: the Baby Boomers, Generation X, Baby Boom Echo and the Millenniums. Strong companies who want to remain competitive and drive business performance will embrace this incredibly diverse workforce with wisdom and practical application, with a focus on optimizing talent – one person at a time. In this course, we’ll explore the different generations, how each one impacts the business and what organizations can begin to do to effectively prepare for and manage this emerging workforce.

The format will be a blend of lecture, group participation and open discussion. The intent of this course is to provide you with a solid understanding and tools for managing the various generations within the workforce.

  • The four major generations
  • What and why the organization needs to know about the generations
  • Marketing and recruiting for the generations
