For anyone interested in learning more about the long term services and supports system for older adults & people with disabilities on Cape Cod
This is the second in a series of forums the Barnstable County Department of Human Services is hosting on the long term service and support system for older adults and people with disabilities. The first forum focused on the federal and state landscape. At this forum the focus is on the local service delivery system. The forum will feature speakers representing the aging, disability, veterans, tribal health, and long term care facility systems.
