Social media can be a powerful tool for small business owners who understand the technologies, how to use them, and how to interact with customers and consumers online.

You'll also gain valuable insight about:
  • Why social media is important in your marketing arsenal
  • The do's and don'ts of social etiquette
  • How to handle negative comments
  • How can social media help small businesses?
  • What are the pros and cons?
  • How are other small businesses using social media?
  • What are the "Dos and Don'ts" of social media?
