Master flutist Joel Tse

Master flutist, Joel Tse, principal flute for the Toledo Symphony and flute instructor for the University of Toledo heads this amazing, intense workshop in flute. Students are trained in breathing, technique, rhythm, and music theory, as well as provided master class coaching. A concert performed by the students concludes the workshop on Saturday.

Attend for the entire week or just a few days. 

Suitable for students age 12 and up. (May accept younger students depending on skill level. Please contact Joel Tse directly.) Minors (under age 18) will need to have a parent or guardian complete and sign a permission/medical consent form. Download the form

$300 for the week OR
$65 per day

*Lunch is not provided. You can bring your own (we have a refrigerator and microwave) or you can order one in the morning and it will be here at lunch time (Jimmy Johns or Subway, most likely). Bring enough money to order what you want.

Faculty Flute Recital  |  Friday, June 14 at 7:30 p.m. 
Student Flute Recital  |  Saturday, June 15 at 5 p.m.  
Both concerts are in the UT Center for Performing Arts Recital Hall and are free to attend, but donations are welcome.
