On April 18th the Macy Foundation will hold a web conference from 4:00-5:00pm ET to discuss new recommendations for linking interprofessional education with clinical practice redesign that promotes team-based care. Participants will hear how educational institutions and healthcare systems can begin to implement these recommendations and align their efforts to improve quality and transform patient care.
