Board 102 Training, 10 Things Boards and Executive Director's Want from Each Other

Come learn the 10 things boards most want and need from their Executive Director's and what Executive Director's most want and need from their boards!

Also, following up form your experience at Board 101:

• Have you been able to take advantage of the resources and information that were provided? 
• Have you researched boards that might be of interest?
• Have you joined a nonprofit board? 

With the idea that there will likely be a whole new and different series of questions about nonprofit boards that you may now have after joining a board, the second part of Board 102 Training will dive into those questions you bring with you on your personal board experience. Please come prepared with questions in mind. Dave Chase is willing to answer and, time permitting, work through your board questions. 

Participants who have taken Board 101 through Hannah Grimes with another instructor who find that they have further questions on nonprofit board participation are welcome to attend this session as well. 

Fee for the training: $25; Preregistration is required for attendance at this event.
