Did you know that Le Pain Quotidien is an international company?  We can be found in 17 countries around the world.

Join us for a bread baking class where we will travel the globe from the Middle East to South America to Russia. In this 3 hour class you will learn to make pita from Turkey, Pan de Anis from Argentina and a decorative Rose Bread from Russia. Travel around the world with bread without ever leaving our bakery!

You will learn new bread shaping techniques, how to use different starter doughs and how to incorporate grains to make heartier breads. This class is recommended for those who have bread baking experience or have taken our Bread Baking Basics classes.  The cost per class is $75 per student.

Classes are small, less than 10 students, and are held in our delightful Bleecker Street Bakery.
