Driving Directions 

Belgian chocolate is known for being rich, decadent and inexplicably delicious.  Join us in the bakery for Chocolate Breads where we will be using this luscious flavor to produce a range of products including: baguettes, pretzels, decorative brioche loaves and cookies.

In this three-hour hands-on class, you’ll learn the surprisingly simple techniques for producing enticing loaves from a baking master.  From ingredient selection to baking, you’ll study the science and practice the process, turning out fragrant, golden loaves to bring home and share with family and friends. 

Classes are small and held in our delightful Bleecker Street Bakery.

Cost: $125/student

Duration: 3 hours
