Route 66 Bash 

An epic Ford and Mustang trip down the Mother Road - Route 66! Experience the best of the Route 66 in a way that only SMC Events can do it. Make new friends and enjoy some world famous sites as we share in this incredible journey together from Santa Monica to Chicago! Come and join the fun as we travel together on Route 66. All Hotels and almost all your meals are included. We will stop at historic places and see some pretty amazing sights along our way. This will be THE trip of 2013!

We will start off in beautiful Santa Monica California at a welcome dinner and kick-off party at Bubba Gump's Shrimp House. The Next day we head off to Barstow and we spend our first night on the road in Needles. We overnight in Flagstaff, Albuquerque, Amarillo, Oklahoma City, Springfield, St. Louis and then Chicago where we have our farewell dinner at a great (but secret) restaurant! Do to the size of our group we will have to skip the more "rustic" accomodations and stay in national chain hotels (think Hampton Inn). 

The "half trip" will start on August 2nd from Amarillo, Texas to Chicago, Il and will of course include all meals and lodging and the farewell dinner. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me for more information - sean@smcevents.com

You are a grown up and as such you and only you are responsible for yourself. What this means for you is that SMC Events, all our sponsors, affiliates and other participants of this tour will be held harmless for your choices and corresponding actions. We may be driving long hours in unfamilliar areas. Please use good judgment and sound decision making for ALL aspects of this tour. You may be asked to leave the group at any time for driving under the influence, reckless and/or obnoxious behavior or other reasons determined to be detrimental to the tour, group or other individual participants. This tour is rain or shine.

Refunds: Requests for refunds will be honored before July 1st, 2013 minus a $25 service fee. There will be NO refunds issued after July 1st, 2013.

Waiver: Yep - you will be required to sign a waiver before the tour begins
