Home Care Mastermind GroupsTM

A Service of
The Academy for Private Duty Home Care™

It’s lonely at the top!  As the Owner or CEO of a successful home care company, you probably feel pretty good about all that you have accomplished.  Yet there are times when you wish you had someone to talk with who really understands your business, your issues, and your concerns.

Now, that opportunity is available to you through Home Care Mastermind GroupsTM

Home Care Mastermind Mastermind indoorsGroupsTM are groups of 10 - 15 owners and CEOs of non-competing home care companies who get together on a regular basis to exchange ideas and information, solve problems, and provide support to one another.

Purpose:
The purpose of a Home Care Mastermind GroupTM is to provide a mechanism for groups of non-competing home care owners, CEOs, and COOs to get together for a confidential exchange of experiences, issues, problems, and solutions at regular meetings; and to receive the benefit of reliable comparative operating data.  The objective of each group is to help members improve the overall operating performance of their home care companies.

Who Can Join?

This $5 Million Mastermind Group has already formed, with five companies and eight people attending the first meeting in February 2013 in Orlando, FL.  The group has agreed to invite up to three more companies to attend our next meeting in September in Scottsdale, AZ.  Each company can bring up to three people, including the owners, CEO, and COO.

How often will we meet?

Each Home Care Mastermind GroupTM will meet two times per year for at least two days.  The $5 Million Mastermind Group will meet next on September 23 and 24, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona.  This is right before the annual conference of the Home Care Association of America.

How many are in the group?

Currently there are five companies and ten individuals who are committed to being members of this group. The group is open to three more companies, and you may bring up to three people per comapny.
