What is the state of prisoner reentry, more than a decade after the movement was launched? And what are the key ingredients states should be considering as they help former offenders transition back into their communities?

As DCJ prepares to partner in launching a new one-stop reentry center, former U.S. Assistant Attorney General Laurie Robinson will speak to efforts across the country – and at the federal level – to advance reentry work and to incorporate science-based approaches. We are pleased to announce Laurie Robinson of George Mason University as our keynote speaker. She has an extensive background in criminal justice and currently serves as the Clarence J. Robinson Professor of Criminology, Law and Society at GMU.

In addition to our featured speaker, DCJ will present the following awards:

Carl Schnee, Esq. (former U.S. Attorney and long-time DCJ volunteer and board member)
