Cocktail Gardening: From Garden to Glass 

Join award-winning bartender and mixologist David Wolowidnyk from the acclaimed West Restaurant in Vancouver for an afternoon of learning how to make cocktails and libations with ingredients from your own garden. Phoenix Perennials owner Gary Lewis will present different edibles from the garden and discuss how to grow them. Then David will show you how to muddle and mix and infuse and shake and stir them into fancy and intriguing drinks for a relaxing night at home, a dinner party or a wild soiree in the garden.
