Emergency Medicine Today is an Annual Conference and Trade Show sponsored by the NC Office of Emergency Medical Services and is held at the Sheraton Koury Center

Expected attendance to the Emergency Medicine Today trade show is approximately 1000 and includes physicians, nurses, ALS and BLS professionals, EMS Administrators, and EMS Instructor Coordinators. This year the show hours have been changed on Sunday to allow more show time during the well attended Paramedic Competition!

Standard booths are 10'x10' or 9'x10' (on stage)

Vehicle booths are 13'x35' and must be used for a vehicle. One vehicle per company will be allowed in the exhibit hall.   ALL VEHICLES MUST ARRIVE AND BE PREPARED FOR MOVE IN BY 10:00 AM AND ARE SUBJECT TO LOCATION ADJUSTMENTS IN THE HALL.

Each booth includes a draped table, 2 chairs, (outside spaces do not receive a table or chairs) one-line booth sign if requested, and registration for one representative to attend sessions, and banquet, Monday exhibitor breakfast, Monday box lunch, and Tuesday exhibitor breakfast.  ADDITIONAL BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES MUST BE REGISTERED INDEPENDENTLY OF THE BOOTH SPACE.  ONLY ONE REGISTRATION IS INCLUDED IN THE BOOTH FEE.

Requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to September 3, 2013. No refunds will be given after that date, regardless of the cause.

HOTEL:  Hotel reservations can be made by calling 800/242-6556. Be sure to ask for the EMT 2013 rate! Rate is $134.00 single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes. 

SECURITY: Security personnel will be provided Sunday and Monday night.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: Hollins Exhibition Services will be the 2013 show decorator. Extra tables and chairs will be available for a fee. Carpet is NOT included. Order forms for additional equipment will be emailed 30-45 days prior to the event. For further information contact Hollins at 336-315-5225.

ELECTRICAL: Electricity is $55.00 per outlet (120 volt).

DRAYAGE/SHIPPING: Hollins Exhibition Services will handle drayage. Hotel will not accept shipments.

CONFIRMATION: Written confirmation of your booth assignment will be emailed to you upon receipt of your order and full payment. Order forms for additional equipment will be sent with final confirmation.
